Shipping and Customer Service were basically NA because it was an instant download, but I didn't experience any problems with the download so that's a plus!

Beautiful work - loved it all! My only sadness was that one of the pages for the egg shaped countdown pictures was doubled (so two pages of the last part of the countdown rather than the first and last page). There were other pages to print though that were all beautiful! and I noticed too last minute (after printing it all) to ask the seller about it. My missionary daughter loved the pages I sent her.
